These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use Barz. They explain the relationship between us and our players, set out account responsibilities, and cover how promotions, payments and disputes are handled. Account responsibilities

Players must provide accurate personal details and keep their account information up to date. Eligibility requirements

Acceptable platform use

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms which are displayed with each offer. Typical conditions include minimum deposit requirements and wagering requirements; for some promotions wagering may be around 40x and bonus validity periods may apply. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute about your account, transactions or a game outcome, contact support with full details and relevant screenshots. We will investigate and respond. If a resolution cannot be reached through our support team, both parties may follow escalation routes described in our full terms.
